Shredded Italian Beef Sandwiches
1 Beef Briscuit or London Broil
1 bottle Italian Dressing (LARGE)
1 Pack of Publix Rolls
In a baking pan pour a small amount of your italian dressing in the bottom of the pan, so that the beef wont stick. Place your beef in the pan and pour about 3/4 of bottle on the beef. Cover tightly with tinfoil so the steam wont escape.
Cook at 275 for about 5-6 hours
When the meat is tender falling apart.
Shred your meat and pour the remaining italian dressing over it. Serve Hot or Cold.
