1 small chopped Onion
10 tbsp. Butter/Margarine
5 Teaspoon Flour
1 Cup Sour Cream (may need more)
2-3 cans Cut Greenbeans (DRAINED)
1-2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Corn Flakes (i normally buy the single serving of Special K in a bowl anduse that cause we dont eat alot of corn flakes)
In a small skillet, sautee your onions and 5tbsp. butter. Once your onions are soft and cooked very tender, mix your flour into the butter and onions.
In a baking pan spray your pan with a oil.
Crush your cornflakes. I normally just throw them in a ziploc and mash them up.
In a large mixing bowl, mix your greenbeans, sourcream, and onion mixture until blended together.
Pour your mixture into the baking pan. Sprinkle your cheese over the top of your greenbeans.
In a small bowl, mix 5 tbsp melted butter together. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of your cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
